Moopy's Greatest Dance Anthems - The Results Thread

Well I missed this because I went for a much needed walk, without realising I could have used this as my playlist instead of the dated shit I was playing. :square: Next time!

There’s something a bit shonky about this Lasgo one. I hope I didn’t vote for it by mistake :side-eye:

I had almost entirely forgotten that 'Something' even existed. This is why it's so important to listen to the songs before voting.

And what exactly has been more important than this?
I've been having an evening of quiet reflection and self care, and I've climbed into bed about to read a book about the situation in Israel, which I am sure will further relax me.

I only know Chicane from the Bryan Adams thing, oh and Stoned In Love if that was them.

What's got two legs and a penis in the middle?

CeCe Peniston, coming in at 10th.

Also, this was the only version of it I could get on YouTube, but it sounds totally wrong. Is it just me?

Yeah not a huge fan of it any form to be honest, but Finally 97 is infinitely better than the US original.

You just know that when I’m bed-ridden in that sheltered scheme, I’ll be lying there sobbing uncontrollably to ‘Saltwater’ day in day out :(

Getting some preparation in RIGHT NOW! :disco:

That's actually the version played in US radio when this was released (but missing a fantastic rap in the middle), and it's actually my favourite one.

Another universally beloved trance anthem. Delerium - Silence (Airscape mix), which made it to 20th.

This is Sarah McLachlan's finest moment IMO, even better than that one song where she's sad about having nobody to finger.
