Another perfectly fine track, but really - outsourcing to Sweden feels so BENEATH Estonia in 2019.

Poor Victor had by far the most stressful rehearsal process in Tel Aviv last year, thanks to that stupid hologram gimmick that, try as they might, the Israeli production team just could not seem to get right. It was altogether too much window dressing for a super generic slice of beige anyway. Not a high watermark.

One of the more shameless post-Euphoria carbon copies to hit the Eurovision stage in the mid 10s, Amazing is pretty much only noteworthy for Tanja's impressive breath control while being awkwardly FLUNG around the stage by her dance partner. Like Victor Crone, it all feels rather pointless when married to such a mediocre song. Basic bitch mode is not a look that's particularly becoming of Estonia, frankly.

Speaking of basic bitches, this is probably the dictionary definition of a 'VoR interest only track'. If she was a bit fatter this'd basically be Estonia's Chiara moment. Excellent live vocals presumably compelled the juries to push this into the final, controversially eliminating Montenegro's dubstep epic in the process, but that's a discussion for another round...

Also the last time, to date, that Estonia competed in their own language. FOR SHAME.

I wonder how Kui tuuled would've done in the contest proper? Either way, best case scenario would've seen it pipping Valentina's SOLE FINALÉ BOW out of the running

A surprise slow-burn success in 2012, almost certainly most notable for sexy Ott's iconic self-satisfied stiffie (try saying that three times quickly!)

I'm surprised Estonia don't try stuff like this more often TBH, but then nobody expected much from this at the time and it was one of those that spent half the voting in the doldrums before quietly sneaking up to 6th place.

I don't have much to add really. It's very pretty, and the bulge thing was pretty funny. On to the top four...

A strong favourite going into the 2011 Contest that ended up crashing and burning in 24th place. How could we ever have predicted that Lea Michelle's even more twee-looking sister gurning her way through a musical theatre-ised bastardisation of Lily Allen's The Fear wouldn't fly with Europe's voters?

I have no evidence for this, but I like to think she wound up giving one of Jedward a sullen hand job at the after party that year. It just seems plausible.
