One of the greatest songs of all time if I had to think about it, which I never have. It somehow transcends the mid 90s dance era it came from by its sheer gay EUPHORIA. Kelly's belting, the thunderstorm effects, the piano break, the intense rush. Monumental

She does do weddings...

It's incredible though, how an act capable of a tune like this, can then go on to produce cheap versions of Stayin' alive, D.I.S.C.O. and Do you think I'm sexy?

The decline was indeed disgusting. It turns out that K-Llo was the real talent.

I compiled a list of my most played songs of all time recently, adding remixes and various versions together. I'd say most of the top 100 (maybe 85%!) was 90s dance music.

The rest of the list was slightly more varied :)

The K-Lo glow will never be dimmed.

I think there were ego issues with the band's producers believing the success was all them despite Kelly having such a unique vocal lava and array of erratic dance movements best showcased whilst poking through the sunroof of a limousine driving 100 mph or on foot whilst pumping petrol and rave beats.

I personally love Mind of the Machine, and Tears in the Rain also divoon (Madonna clearly loved the video, which was filmed just weeks before the invention of the bra), but they ought to have tried harder to write her more songs.

Maybe they were spooked by Clock who also took that naff direction.
