Last time we made a point of doing nothing for NYE was two years ago and we had a big wardrobe sort out drank prosecco and watched Birdbox. Planning something similar this year but with Kylie's infinite disco

We still have an 8 pm curfew here and they’re not making any exceptions for NYE. So I’m doing what almost everyone is doing, ie meeting up before 8. A friend has actually rented a house somewhere around Tours (or some similar provincial city, I have to check), we’ll be spending the weekend there.

I’ve just bought the Pictionary air game which appears to be sold out pretty much everywhere.

I’m going to pick it up tomorrow and do a food shop to get a decadent selection of party foods and drinks then just have a cute night in with my boyfriend and flatmate and play games, eat shitloads and probably be in bed by 10

We're calling over to a friend of ours, which is still allowed under the current regulations here, although household visits will not be allowed as of January 1, so we should probably leave at 00.01
I'm feeling a bit guilty about it since the number of new cases is skyrocketing. Our county is still doing ok though, so I guess it'll be one last hurrah before the next lockdown.
