I am NOT IN THE MOOD today and I just can't get my head around WHY.

The weather is so gorgeous this week. Unfortunately I've contracted shingles (of course) and have been in no form to go outside.

Today I feel somewhat alive though so have walked to the shop and have suggested a quiet drink or coffee at the castle in the sun.

Ignoring my laptop because a work email has annoyed me.

Thankfully they're not visible bar a little on my neck. Everything else is on my chest and shoulder.

Felt ill/comedown all week, had a horrible coldsore which was the first in years and an indication of being run down.
