Two of the people who wrote her song also wrote this. One of the co-writers being the lead vocalist of the group.

I assume Kaja's pre-qualification was a sign of good-will for the songwriters rather than Kaja herself or the song being competitive. Possibly as well to encourage a D'Sound return in the future.
