Still sorting out boxes from the spare room and the one I'm sorting through now moved from the other house loft twenty years ago. It contains stuff from when Mr F and I were courting through to spawn being about four. There was a scrapbook in there from when spawn was around two years old and I used to cut pictures out of magazines and catalogues and glue them in there for her and it was toys she wanted for Christmas and things about Pingu (the penguin, not the Moopy poster), Peter Rabbit and Tots TV. There was then a page with a picture of a fluffy grey dog and I'd glued letters from the newspaper underneath spelling PIP. It looks spookily similar to the dog she has now, that her husband has had for fourteen years called Pippin.

Did she manifest herself a dog and why did it take thirty years?!
