Obvious things that took you ages to realise! (1 Viewer)

I think there's already a Helen Back.

I can only see it flying in some provincial town calling bingo numbers to a roomful of pensioners. On a Tuesday.

Sade brought her Volvo in for a service and my aunt served her, she was lovely apparently.
The HUSBAND HOWEVER bit of a cunt
A friend used to tell a similar story, regarding their law firm, and Barbara Knox / Sue Nicholls. I’ll leave you to guess which was which.

To be clear, I don’t believe they used to pop in together.

What is the origin of the word “muscle?” It comes from the Latin “musculus,” literally meaning “little mouse.” So-called because the shape and movement of some muscles (notably biceps) were thought to resemble mice.

…whether you’re a mother or whether you’re a brother…

Bee Gees ‘Stayin Alive’

The mother in question is a bit rude!
How so? The song is about survival on the tough streets of Brooklyn in the 70s and I always assumed the "brother" meant how men called each other brother and "mother" was short for the word Samuel L Jackson loves so much.

Floppet is definitely right, although I didn't realise either until I properly watched the film, which I don't think I did until the noughties. Before that it was just disco fluff.

Wow.

Reminds me how Little Britain might have aged like milk in a heatwave, but Rock Profiles is still spectacular
