Fame were in Fame Factory, with Magnus winning and Jessica having to withdraw due to giving birth to her son. Fame Factory was the biggest talent show in Sweden at the time and Bert Karlsson and his record label Mariann had lots of power. The song, Give Me Your Love was initially supposed to be performed by Friends (SWE01), but as they’d split up, Fame got it and had all the momentum from Fame Factory, thus ended up winning.
