I'm a basic bitch, all I need is GOOD pepperoni, a bit of extra parmesan and some chili flakes or hot honey. Or I might go for spinach, caramelized onion and burrata.

The thought of having chicken on pizza though...

Thin crust, often meaty, but love an aubergine or a mushroom, always add onion, chilli oil and some creamy dip slathered on top with ten tonnes of black pepper.

not the biggest pizza girlie but I had one last year maybe at Gloria in London with caremelised onion that was divine. I quite like a white pizza.

I know swanky wood fired pizza is the norm now, and delish, of course, but I do love a good basic takeaway pizza.

Fuck dominos etc, I'm talking cheap bog standard affair. From places called Panchos or other generic Italian names. Usually does kebabs and burgers as well.

A good one of those is as good as your average wood fired artisan affair.

Less is more for me so a good margherita is actually my fave, if the ingredients are quality then that’s all I need.

If I eat out for pizza I’ll normally bung a few toppings on, usually a vegan chorizo or pepperoni equivalent, red onion, red peppers, sometimes goat’s cheese too.
