We spend a lot of time analysing the finest vocal moments of Kylie, Mariah, Madonna etc here, but sometimes the less enduring stars also have a good night.

For example, she may be one of history’s greatest monsters, but I’ve always been impressed by Natasha Bedingfield’s vocal control here. I’m sure it was a factor in the song shooting into the US top 5 a few weeks later.
