sidenote - a lovely quick Q&A piece in the weekend's Guardian

Roger Moore made me laugh on A View to a Kill. I’d heard he had a reputation that lightened the mood: he’d hide sex toys around the bed and goose you with them. I beat him to it. I went down to the prop room and found a huge black-and-white polka-dot dildo, strapped it on under my robe, and surprised him instead.

Love that she brought said dildo to Brighton Pride

Her interviews are AS GOOD AS her music and the ENDLESS TREASURE TROVE OF IMAGERY she has been serving for DECADES. She is RIPE for a Kate Bush-style reassessment.

There is one interview, which I can't seem to find online anymore, where she ends up howling at the moon in some London rooftop with the journalist before they realise she is starting to HIT ON THEM.

There's also that iconic Suedey (?) post describing one of her concerts where she turned up three hours late and ended up singing 'La Vie en Rose' topless bathed in champagne.

I've been blessed with a kiss on the cheek from her :disco:

I hope we get that new album she's alluded to before it's too late
