This did get to #9, but it isn't appreciated nearly enough.

This was #12 in the US, which is fine but this song didn’t deserve to be the one to break her streak of US consecutive top 10 singles which stood at 7 in a row. The single was 1990 but the album was an ‘89 release.

 
This guy doesn't even have a wikipedia page - does that make it underrated? Mind, I saw his name in the "new releases" thread this week
