It’s always the lifestyle of the promiscuous gays that is hit the hardest. We’ve just barely survived two years of pandemic and a couple of months of the monkeypox terror!

I went COTTAGING yesterday at a WELL KNOWN HOT SPOT and it was DEAD. And I was there AGES. I blame the FUEL CRISIS.

I’ve had a cold hard cash injection payment from British Gas (courtesy of Westminster) which I found slightly confusing. I just assumed the extra payments would automatically be added as credit to the bill.

Concerning that vulnerable people would have also had this ‘credit’ and it could be spent on other things because it’s available essentially as cash.
 
What they just put £400 in your account? Bulb put like £40 credit added to my bill each month

If your account is in debit I would assume they wouldn’t put the cash in to your bank account?
 
Honestly. I’ve had £66 pound credit directly into my bank from them. Had an email from British Gas to explain too saying that the first payment from the government has been applied to my account.
 
If someone is in credit on their energy account would I not be right to assume they are probably on top of their finances generally though? If they owe the energy provider money then they aren’t going to be receiving money in to their bank, SURELY?
 
My last bill was £35, I’ve had the £66 credit applied, do they take out the £35, then send me £66? I’d rather just have the credit build up over winter for when the big bills hit.

I’d have preferred the 66 as credit on my account please. Guess British Gas had other ideas.
 
Back to Boots it is then. At least I can get a few points on the Advantage card before Christmas.

I love my Advantage Card points. They come in handy for bits and pieces at Xmas from the 3 for 2 (which was a bit shit last year, mind you).

Morrisons has gone so downhill the lash few years. It’s now even more expensive than Sainsbury’s.
 
I used to quite like the Morrisons in Partick, in Glasgow. It had the best vegan/vegetarian range on the Subway line, anyway. It's been a bit meh for months tho'.

I hate the smell, I hate the staff, I hate the uniforms, I hate the layout, I hate the food, I hate the drinks, I hate the airport ones, I hate the tax avoidance, I hate the tax avoidance scam with the boarding passes at airports, I hate if ever I have to get a prescription there, I hate the shit “3 for 2” thing they have going on at Christmas, I hate the one at Waterloo a lot, I hate the escalator at the one at Waterloo, I hate their fake John Lewis/M&S Christmas adverts, I hate that they managed to take Kylie and Rozalla and make them boring and I’d even rather go to Superdrug, and that’s complete fucking shite as well.
 
Totally missed that inflation went up to 11.1% and food inflation 16%.

I have been regularly shocked the increases when food shopping. The jumps are by 50p quite regularly.
 
I can't quite get my head around the fact that Sainsburys are 20p cheaper than Lidl for 4 pints of milk now.
