Sheffield Station love, smack bang right in the middle so you can soak in all the ATMOSPHERE and enjoy the EXCITING EVENTS of a train station.

It’s also full of lovely northern GAMMON.

I will say that as fancy as it is, the newly redeveloped Queen Street station here in Glasgow is a bit bare on the amenities front, with just two small coffee stalls (one from local chain Tinderbox and the other apparently UNBRANDED) in this bit of the concourse when I walked through it the other day:

There are apparently plans for a hot mezzanine level off to one side for food and drink outlets, so I'll be crossing everything in the hope we finally get a Pumpkin to call our own

I couldn't remember if we had one at Temple Meads, so did a Google image search. For some reason though, the result seems to be a photo of a canteen at a young offenders institution.

Since making this post I have had the good fortune to enjoy a warm beverage at the Pumpkin café at Stoke-on-Trent station, and I can confirm that all the rave reviews are deserved. I'd go as far as to say that it's in the TOP TWO cafés on that particular platform
