Two questions

1. What is the first item in the meal deal

2. How big is the coke you get in said meal deal

Once these questions are answered I'll be able to decide whether it truly is a "deal" as stated in the advertising material

Is this a one of a kind Pumpkin? I note it is in a coach station not a rail station. How queer and unusual.

And yet more annoying of course is that the convivial surroundings are obscured in this photograph by EMPTY SHELVES. :(

I do like the EXCLUSIVITY FACTOR of the VELVET ROPE stylings :disco:
 
There were so many customers I knew for many years I felt so ashamed when I was forced to sell to them 2-7days.

Rude old woman with greyish bob who when severed me with no que behind myself then told me if I hadn't got a right card not to bother coming into the cafe I was only trying to work out which card was which after she huffed and puffed and said well your not going anywhere I've made the coffee I replied I will sort out my cards and come back over and she said numerous things under her breath I had found my card and went back to the get the already made coffee that tasted like burnt milk. I'm a restaurant manager and I know that a latte is not made to the point the milks burnt. I said sorry on murmurous occasions she didn't even answer me back just ignored me and said is your card even going to work this time.
Rude rude rude!!!!
Never been served by a woman so bad in my life. Where's customer service these days.

Worst service ever!
We have just bought two drinks from pumpkin cafe in Leicester station Platform 1/2 Gabi was there and a trainee boy who was lovely. Gabi was so rude to him when I asked for luxury hot chocolate, she said to the trainee new boy do you remember how to make it. You could tell the boy was nervous and was new. Instead of assisting him and talking him through she just pushed him in the deep end. I felt sorry for the boy. And the poor boy asked her something which she gave an awful reply. Also my partner bought a honeycomb latte which Gabi made. It is not even honeycomb. She has made it caramel. And it's cold! We have not even been given the actual takeaway cups. Just plain white cups! Awful service and to top it off we nearly missed our train because Gabi would not assist the boy and we were waiting for my drink! Not happy. No friendly smile or nothing. Whereas the boy tried and said have a good day. My partner drink doesn't even look like the pumpkin cafe standards!
