The first four (arguably first five) are spectacular. S5 is the all time best for talent and drama and dynamic, S9 lacks the drama and buzz but was so good all round and the change to four in the finale felt highly justified. Phi Phi wasn't great in her season but was so necessary to the dynamic which is why S4 is so high. Alexis and Yara may not stand out as all time top tier DR contestants but they're both really, really good and Raja and Manila are both amazing so tbh S3 could be even higher. (Just switched 3 and 4.)

Season 6 is a weird one in that it would be so great if Ben had made it through, but that's not denying that Derienne is great too. S8 has great talent but maybe doesn't set me on fire as much as the others (but then I barely remember S8 in general most of the time). S7, S1 and S3 all suffer from the same flaws in that their highs are HIGH but there is one clear weaker link (Pearl, Rebecca and Tatianna respectively) who bring them down. 11 is very solid but I don't love any of them really, and similar for 10 really, the difference being that Eureka is annoying and Kameron was lacking.

Just trying to decide if I prefer the AS2 top 4 over S5. Decided I did, and then felt bad and couldn't understand it, given that Jinkx is my all time favourite and the other three are the same. Then I realised it's not because of Jinkx (or Katya), but because AS2 Detox was so fucking good.

Detox AS2 is everything!
