Remember when Saturday used to be fun?

Do we get a PIC? :disco:

So I’m spending the day with my Mum as my dad’s been taken into hospital. She’s acting like nothing is wrong and I’m repeating a mantra of “it’s ok, today is not his time to die” to keep me sane :D

I'm QUITE HUNGOVER and just moved furniture, which is inevitably more involved than just moving furniture.

RIP ME.

I did one of those exfoliating foot mask things one night during the week, and have just spent a lovely twenty minutes or so peeling dead skin off my hooves. Most rewarding.

Does everyone have their central heating on now?

*freezes under a blanket*

I do, but I'm trying to resist having it on during the day.

Oh bloody hell. hope he's ok Shee. xxx
Weirdly, I've just received a panicked phone call from my sister to say my grandad has just been took to hospital by ambulance with chest pains. My mum follwed him to hospital and has been talking to him through the A & E window. The old goat is adamant its "just indigestion from a shit sausage roll". He's 92.

I've just finished fitting the bath panels. Fuck me, that was a pain in the arse.

@Floppet can I have my DIY badge please?

You get two for bath panels! Ours (a single long one) has been propped up against the side of the bath since we moved in sixteen years ago because there is no way it is physically possible to attach it because the bath's built into a weird alcove and the panel fills the whole gap.

I got excited half an hour ago when a delivery man brought a parcel that I wasn't expecting. I thought somebody had bought me a surprise prezzy but it was just the spawn not checking her delivery address was correct. So I get to open it and check the contents and it isn't even for me.

Fans of my oven door drama will be AGOG to find out the replacement glass panel I ordered 2 weeks ago STILL hasn’t arrived.

IT WAS FOR ME! It was three new cups, same as my Tigger one that broke last week, one (Winnie the Pooh) was damaged in transit but can still be a usable backup cup and Piglet and Tigger are fine. I have no idea where she found them but I'm over the moon right now! :D

@Sheena, did you ever frequent the delightful old Edwardian toilets up on Park Row (just along from the University Wills memorial tower)?

They closed years ago, then became a gallery for a while, and are now a lovely little café. Quite the thrill sipping a cortado knowing that generations of my forequeers have almost certainly been noshed off on the very spot :disco:

Moopy well and truly lost its collective give mind last night. Anyone care to SUMMARISE? Ive got:

- Soldi pairing off with Nancy
- Zu pairing off with Butters
- Group wank to Ellie Goulding's plumptious beauties
- Rita being a HORNY MARE and starting a horny Moopy thread
- Lucille the new scat queen (I.e. POOEY WANKS)
- Wurst getting some Chao Ban action

What did I MISS?
I’m SO grateful I missed all of that.

I was HERE and still managed to avoid even a semi.

Wooden battens attached to the wall? That's basically what I've just done. The floor and bath were uneven and it was a panel on a plinth too. All the effort.

I'll have to put a photo up because my bath positioning defies explanation, much like the rest of the stuff in this house. It's like it's built into an alcove but has two part walls on either end and an arch over the top.

I do like a TOILET CAFE for the very same reason.

What’s NEW in Bristol cottaging these days? I’m so close these days I must find pop over some evening.

I'm not sure there is anything. All the public toilets have been closed. The only ones left are the ones in The Galleries or Cabot Circus which I assume are too well protected by security and too busy to have any action.

She did well to find them! I had a look the day you mentioned it and couldn't find anything similar!!

I'd also looked and so had Mr F. I spent about three hours on Ebay on Sunday and could only find used ones that were ridiculously priced (£15 and above) because apparently they're collector's items.

Is The Downs still going on?

I love it! :disco:

It's probably nearly twice as old as you are! I've had it since I was 14, so 37 or so years. It's made of some weird rubber or silicon and it's really easy to clean, doesn't go mouldy and has never perished or faded so I've just carried on using it.

I’m already feeling a bit fucked up, I’m drunk and have been eating PROFESSIONAL weed cakes which are dangerously delicious

I member

However I shall still have a good time in VR - probably go clubbing for a bit then hang out with some GAY FURRIES for a little while. s'all good.
