Yes they can. Mr Ag drank each and every day, all day. Thanks to AA and himself he's sober for three years. It's up to you, but if it's damaging your life then there are others who can support you in not making bad choices.

With all due respect it’s quite boring, I’m just feeling a bit depressed and have been struggling with fatigue and pain in my body. Seeing my doctor today to discuss and probably make some medication changes. My body is at least 10-15 years older than it should be because I spent so many years abusing it. The brain fog at the minute is awful too, word retrieval issues x100. I spent 15 minutes last night trying to find the word ‘liquid’ before it finally came to me.

In the meantime though, when energy permits, I’ll get myself on here and go into the Dua Lipa thread to try and cheer myself up.
