Ooh what a good episode. The bad snatch games were bad but the tops were all really good. Even Scarlet Bobo’s Liza was good.

Lemon was phenomenal, shame about the runway which was horrendous. She would have won over Jimbo if it was only decent.

The lipsync was great as well. The song is obviously amazing but Priyanka did it justice. Kiara was too chaotic. I loved that they kept the full song.
 
Rita was a sight to behold as Édith, but her performance would be bottom two is this were on most of the other seasons.
 
Sometimes I wonder if I’m watching the same thing as some of you. This snatch game was beyound awful and felt like it went on forever. Same thing about the lipsync. Such a shame they wasted another great song on these terrible queens.

The judges reactions to the lipsync and to the snatch game jokes were so exaggerated too.
 
The Snatch Game was TERRIBLE! One of the worst ever, surely!? Amazed anyone would think otherwise. I think Bobo was robbed, though- she was a definite top 2 for me, alongside Jimbo. Rita's was ok, but missed the mark a bit and I didn't get Lemon at all, but then I don't know the character.

However, I do think the lip-sync was top notch. Both did really good jobs- was surprised Kiara had it in her. Stacey clearly had never seen a single lip-sync before this season judging by her reaction :D

I did enjoy watching Edith dying through Snatch Game and Jimbo was awesome too. I think it was the cat walk that won it for her.
 
I liked the Snatch Game!

Rita Baga was the best, but Jimbo was good too so the win was justified. I certainly don't think it was any worse than recent US ones. Lip sync was top notch too.

This season really has taken a turn for the best since episode three.
 
Oh yeah they were terrible, the rich gay couple who morphed into each other and who think they’re funny....
 
They used to interior design on UK TV but no one liked them. Cruelly they went on I'm A Celeb and one got chucked significantly before the other one.
 
Honestly I can't get Rita Baga slowly dying in her seat out my head. That's how you make tired funny.
 
Where on earth did they dig up Colin and Justin from..? Very BORED HnH gay couple on grindr at 4am vibes, especially when Brooke Lynn climbed on one of their desks.

I was sort of here for the John Waters-mess of the Cock Destroyer? That she chose to voice her like a drunk Lithuanian flight attendant was a CHOICE I was quite into :D

It was a messy Snatch Game, but I think I like Rita Baga best - I’m here for a STORY ARC. That runway was crunchy for ALL however.

I’m starting to see this as similar top 3 to season 6 forming. Bianca (Rita)/Adore (Priyanka) and Courtney (BoBo) with Jimbo as a COMPLETE WILDCARD :D

I'm trying to think of a previous queen remotely similar to Jimbo but I just can't. She's a very unique and special queen. The Minnie Mouse entrance was such an opening statement of intent.
 
Are Colin and Justin actually “big” in Canada then? (By big I mean VAGUELY KNOWN).
 
Brooke Lynn also didn’t look a complete state this week for the first time.

I guess Tammie Brown is perhaps vaguely the closest? Or Disasterina from Dragula. I’m not sure Drag Race is the best format for Jimbo’s drag, but they are doing JUST FINE so far.

I hope they do their own youtube show when it’s over (shameless plug that Tammie Brown has one with Kelly Mantle, and it’s Charity Shop Sue-style AMAZING!)

Maybe they thought it was too OBVIOUS a choice and didn’t want a repeat of the night of the thousand geishas.

I gave up on Canada Drag race early on, but is it worth trying to get back in too?

Episode 3 onwards have been great!

Arguably better than anything since S6 besides AS2, S12, the end of S9 and the UK one.
 
The snatch game was great! Some really good ones (Jimbo and Lemon), some tragic ones (Kiara and Priyanka), some messy moments, really all the elements needed to make a great snatch!

I'm THOROUGHLY enjoying it. But it's a WHOLE NEW LEVEL of ROPEY that we've not seen on the main stage since the early seasons of Drag Race.
 
I quite agree. If what you're most attracted to is polish, give it a miss. But it's got more to offer than most of the recent US series where they all walk in insta ready but with fuck all else.
 
Was it mentioned in last week's topic that apparently the judges had to remind Kelly Osbourne that she had a CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION to lipsync because she was refusing to do it? I really wish they'd shown it - if people thought Jeffrey seemed cunty before I can only imagine how he'd have handled that :D

I thought it was a decent Snatch Game. Jimbo was the clear winner for me, though Rita and Lemon made a good showing as well.

I properly LOL'd at Colin & Justin showing up though. Talk about LOW RENT :D

Loved the lip sync song and I'm glad Priyanka stayed because it would have been a huge waste to lose her this early, but the bitch looked half asleep!
