Well that was a complete waste of time. This season has really fallen off a cliff.

Some Kind of Rush getting its first public airing in around 15 years was the clear highlight.
 
Jonbers upstaged in and out of drag, how versatile.

I think having 2 parts written around actual catch-phrased entities and the rest being left to drown was rather off. It was almost unbearable to watch.

A complete write off of an episode. Regardless of whatever was done during the lip sync, it's as if we're watching 2 daddy long legs have a single leg ripped off each week instead of being set free or swiftly swatted. Pixie Polite looking like a toilet blocked with diarrhoea and toilet paper (and possibly some fag butts for good measure) reeked of "oh this has ruffles, I'll just use that", but she got the get out of jail free card part so was in no danger whatsoever ... all the while looking like that. I can't and won't (until next week).
 
Well that was that. I did think Jonbers looked great for once and even the close up on her face didn’t show any grainy caked makeup so success.

I fast forwarded through a lot. I’m just bored.

I like to think Ru's slightly reluctant-sounding "I got you, gal" was due to him having his hand forced on the matter.

I wonder when someone will point out to Jonber that Ru also referred to just the UK and not the entire global franchise when complimenting the ensemble.
 
Echo comments that the challenge was fucking shocking. I honestly felt embarrassed when flatmates came in the room while I was watching it.

I think Baby’s departure and Dakota’s elimination might have been a bit of a one-two punch to the momentum of this season. Have they miscalculated that Jonbers was going to be a huge fan fave? That is my only explanation as to why we are where we are.

Feel like this is Cheddar’s to lose at this point? Danny is equally deserving but I think they’ll pick Cheddar just because there has already been a similarly bawdy scouse winner (even if The Viv was less likeable and less interesting).
 
LOL @ Jonbers getting the best storyline (after Dakota). That basic ass meltdown was so fucking petty. "What's YOUR USP?" :D I cannot.

Anyway, I continue to feel sorry for Jonbers, she almost doesn’t annoy me as the rest do.

Only Danny remains as a favourite, but I can see Cheddar winning it all. I just don’t find the latter likable at all.
 
Fucking hell of all the double shantays it had to be those two remaining unflushables (but it was a good and fairly matched lip sync I guess).

Horrible, unequal challenge. Cheddar shone but that's it. Not really the queens' fault, the roles were beyond saving. Danny's was okay I suppose and Pixie got a free pass there as was said. Given she looked appalling and it was a bog standard impression she should have been bottom 2 (with the other two sending them ALL home in one fell swoop...frankly why bother waiting as it's been Cheddar vs Danny for weeks)

and PEE-YEWW what a dreadful acting challenge - worst one since ... oh I can't be bothered to work it out but it probably hasn't been very long :D

TBH Jonbers has grown on me in a Cheryl Hole way (btw thanks to whoever pointed out her adding ERRR to the end every sentence, it's really distracting now), Black Peppa really ran out of steam weeks ago. But the lipsync was good, and did RuPaul really know this song?!

But the real unflushable is the toxically unlikeable Pixie, so much entitlement, quite snide comments to other queens, and the audacity to question Jonbers' USP (which, fair point, and :D that Jonbers' answer was FASHION!!) when ... what's hers? Oh no, I've got it:

The aesthetic that stomps around DRUK reducing everything in its path to end-of-the-pier GAY VOMIT like some sort of poofy Godzilla

I feel in this competition it's shorthand for "Well it's not actually funny but it's in a funny voice"

Surprised quite how much of a CAREER RESURGENCE :eyes: Cheddar has had, so I guess it's between Cheddar and Danny - I'm team Danny though, because Cheddar is a bit too self-aware of how incredible his statements are.
 
At this point it's a win whoever goes, because it's clearly not going to be Cheddar or Danny. Like someone said above, they may as well ditch all three and get on with it, as that's the only real tension the season has left.

I guess whether we have a final two, three or four may be mildly diverting.
 
Peppa and Pixie have one win each, don't they? Pixie as part of the group one?

I wonder if they may bung a win tonight either of their way to create the illusion of a competitive final three?

If Cheddar wins that would give her five wouldn't it, which would be massive in a short (relative to the US) season. So perhaps Danny will get it to make the final two look equal.
