I could see Ru quitting drag at some point but definitely not yet, she loves money too much and Drag Race is finally a massive franchise - I reckon she'll ride it out for as long as there's an appetite for it, then once things are looking properly tired RPDR will end and be rested for a while. Eventually there'll be a full Ru-less reboot of the main show as simply Drag Race, with former winners as rotating hosts and judges as some have already suggested. Ru (out of drag) will get the Porkchop moment at the finale each season :eyes:
 
Oh, and OF COURSE there'll be fierce arguements online about whether the Ru years or the post-Ru years are better, because nothing ever changes :tongueout:

I'm sure drag gets tougher as time goes on.
 
My guess is that there's been a production decision to take a break from filming the show altogether and he's taking the time to not be tied to the character for a while
 
I think he’s just enjoying living out on his ranch and being cut off from the world.
 
I mean it was bound to happen. Frack him and frack his ranch.
 
Thank God for greed and capitalism if hard work and success meant a decade of Drag Race. Imagine what our lives would have looked like without Ru loving money.
 
On one hand, fracking is bad, the Earth is doomed, and the ice caps are melting, but on the other hand, Roxxy Andrews' wig reveal, so maybe both sides have a point.
 
Obviously, that’s an unfair comparison, because as if the earth is worth that much.

I'd like to think the Peanut Butter alarm is blasting throughout his ranch dealing with whatever emergency is happening. He deserves that much.

Whatever they're doing, it's strange that they're doing it right in the middle of one of their own seasons.

And questionable that they're doing it at the very start of someone else's season...

Lucky for them Merle's distracted by "politics" and isn't much fun. She doesn't even have a blue tick :D
 
Can we get rid of this draft function? If I've not had the energy to finish a post or figure out where the hell I was going with a point I've now forgotten, I don't want to have to remember to delete it when I go to post again.
