RuPaul's Drag Race: Season 18

Was that final episode prematurely tailored for Jane Don't or something? Because live improv as the final challenge, for a group of mostly unfunny bitches, is so random. It just made me think about how well Jane would've done. Regardless, I'm glad they got rid of one of those two. I dislike both Juicy and Nini. Myki is the only acceptable winner.
 
Oh absolutely not, Juicy trounced Mimi (or whatever the name is) in that lip sync.

So embarrassing to admit this, but I've never heard that song - I fucking loved it!
 
Quite a good Lalaparuza. Was mostly consistently good throughout. Juicy really did fuck it up though. The upside down reveal was EVERYTHING. And that scissor kick she did in the final was giving all kinds of Tekken Nina Williams shenanigans :disco:

It was also just really nice to see Jane again.
 
Jane Don't didn't. Her impersonating Discord was beyond lame and Discord was point blank better anyway. Discord did the walk knowingly enough by herself.
 
Really never need to hear Cover Girl ever again, but Juicy injected so much life into that. I mean, a completely lifeless queen outside of lip-syncing, but absolutely incredible ability to make the songs seem as if they are crafted around her movements rather than the other way around.
 
I would also consider these as filler episodes. Drop the finale the next day. I don't have the patience waiting a week for episodes to drop at the best of times.
 
Enjoyed that a lot more than I was expecting to, despite the fact it’s so inconsequential, and despite the fact it was just an ego boost for Ru. And I really hate how they cut the feed to the queens in the werkroom just as they’re about to announce the winner…only for the loser to walk in. So why bother cutting the feed?!
 
I was pissed off right from the start with RuPaul giving the first lipsync to Ciara. There’s no way she won that lipsync with THAT reveal.
The second half of the episode was much better, specially Jane/Juicy and the final lipsync.
 
Ugh, it was such a relief to see Darlene eliminated before the final lipsync!
Out of the three, Nini had the best solo perf by quite a distance. The final lipsync was quite good! Arya Stark wins again :disco:
 
Oh Darlene looks god awful. And the number doesn't even warrant discussion. If she wins I'll be flabbergasted, but I also don't see her improving in any time for an All Stars so would be fine with it.
 
I actually didn't like all 3 finalists' stage entrance looks. Myki's number absolutely nothing I'd pay to go see - and she's my favourite from this lot. Not holding my breath for the other one.
 
Loving Miley's uptempo Wicked Game song anyway. The red one's gimmicks are shit - please crown her so she's not cast in an All Stars or Versus.
 
Every single runway look was either boring or just crunchy af, including Onya's rickety crickety gown. The ONLY impressive one was Dita's. Darlene was my favorite thing from this finale - she does a pretty decent job 'elevating' her poor taste branding. Or at least she's become better at it.

Very happy with the winner. But Jane is still the highlight of Season 18.

I never need to see Nini ever again. Just dull as dishwater, and straight up REFUSES to wear a wig.
 
Overall, slightly better than S17, but nowhere near as good as 14, 15, or 16.
 
Couldn't they not just have posted it in one message? :D

Surprised Darlene didn't get Miss Congeniality, especially with those numbers. I guess people were a bit outraged at JD going.
 
Jane and Darlene walking out with the most followers feels correct. Alright very surprised Kenya didn't pull more.
