Continuing on my one man hate campaign against The Munter, his latest signing is Manila Luzon to his rubbish club night. Why does this keep happening?
 
There's something about Jade Jolie that reminds me of Shoshanna from Girls.
 
Alyssa out of drag looks like Igore, Frankenstin's assistant and the drama between her and Coco feels a bit contrived even if seems well nasty.

There's a version of each previous queen in this, there's a Shannel, a Raven and a Sharon but I'm glad we don't have a clear front runner, makes it a bit more exciting.

I've seen the show, but not Untucked, so will stay zipped until then. I loved the show though and have 3 favourites and 1 more that I think could join them.
 
I watched this last night, and I was a little bit disappointed :(

The show itself is still great but it's the contestants that I can't seem to get excited about. I didn't feel like anyone shone personality wise, and I'm not crazy about the way they look either. Fishiest season my ARSE. Also, easily the ugliest bunch too when out of drag. Coco Montrese is the scariest thing I've see ever.
 
Untucked was to die for this week :disco: the challenge itself wasn't that much fun but the results were hilarious. Jinks as Mimi was my favorite and I also enjoyed the megamix during untucked.
 
Oh I WHOLLY agree, Untucked was fucking FABULOUS! The mashup was amazing, where can I download it? :disco:

I'm so glad they all ganged up on Serena, but at one point it became way too much, I actually felt a little bit sad for her. Or not :)
 
Right now some big personalities are starting to emerge and these are the ones I'm starting to like, so yes mainly Detox and Coco.

There are some right messes though. Thank god that awful Serena went this week. Loved the animosity between Michelle, and her from 3rd Rock From The Sun.

Despite now really wanting to like Alaska, I'm coming round to her deadpan delivery over EVERYTHING. I'm still agog that she got rejected every year considering some of the DROSS that did make it. Hello INDIA FERRAH, MILAN AND OF COURSE NICOLE PAIGE BROOKS.

Serena had some of that coming on episode 2, but I hope Monica gets the snip next week (although I appreciate that the Lady Kier look was quite stunning).

Detox is my favourite by far. I love looking at that face.

Alaska has been surprisingly good so far.

"Seatle's youngest MILF" Jinkx Monsoon I like a lot.

Ivy is kind of cute out of drag, but hasn't shined at all so far, but is in the middle comfortably.

Roxxxy looks a bit like Shannel, so I don't quite get why she's rated all that highly. He reminds me of Spike from The Land Before Time without his make-up.

Alyssa seemed like a bit of a toxic queen, but has settled down a bit (I enjoyed the poking around for a reaction from Alaska about Sharon in episode 1). I am also engrossed by the fall-out with the weird-looking Coco, who was looking like T-Boz No Scrubs the sequel. They seem to have settled their score off camera, or maybe it's just calmed down. They both have the strangest eyes, like Mad & Hell from Death Becomes her in the scene where they'e being spray-painted by Earnest, or just the funeral scene as they shuffle out cackling away.

Lineysha was great as Tyra.

Vivienne is a bit like Ivy, but could have more experience to last longer.

Jade looks like Paloma Faith. She did good in the parody this week, but seems really weak.

Honey reminds me of Milan looks-wise. I can't say I've noticed much.

Even if they've really went for Serena, Penny was utterly pointless as a contestant.
 
When I bought my one and only wig in Jenners, the woman was amazing. She took me into a special room and even said "work it girl" :D
 
:D I'll go shopping tomorrow. We got a shop here which seems to have a lot of good wigs, so I'll check it out. I'm going for dark brown. Can't wait!

Honey Mohagony is just character actor Milan in a different skin because that runway walk in episode three was ridiculous. Coco was pathetic and that runway outfit was disgustingly bad, she fell from my graces just like that.
 
I'm convinced Detox is simply Merle Ginsberg (85) at her old tricks after calling herself Chad in season 4.

I wonder if they'll lip-sync to a Cher song the week Chaz judges. I'd quite like We All Sleep Alone, the way it builds could make it my favourite duel since the poignant Even Angels ending.

I'm not loving this season I have to say. I haven't found a queen to support yet, I find the Alyssa/Coco thing dreadful in the extreme, I can't remember who the majority are, there's NO totty out of drag, and Alaska is so arrogant it's very irritating. I bet he'd have been very different if he'd got on without the famous boyfriend connection.

The three queens that have been eliminated have been completely forgettable, which I guess is a good thing, but I can't see myself remembering who half of these are if they get eliminated next week either.

And Coco's runway outfit this week was one of the worst I've ever seen. Can\t believe they didn't comment on that more.
 
I've not seen the last episode yet (if episode 4 has aired that is). Can someone tell me what days this actually airs? It's hard to keep track as the wikipedia page doesn't say.

I didn't even know this thread existed!

It airs on monday night in the US. I just downloaded it on torrent.
 
I'm downloading right now. I thought I had another two days.

This season isn't the strongest in terms of individuals who are exceptionally talented, but I think it's off to a great start. Detox had better watch he doesn't do a Raja with the Mean Girls/Heathers clique thing, or whatever it was. Otherwise, I want her to win obviously.
 
I'm starting to like Alyssa a bit more, though I'll never find her beautiful.

I'm rooting for Lineysha Sparx and Jinkx Monsoon for very different reasons. One is extremely beautiful, the other is very funny.

SPOILER: next week it's snatch game! I hope it's better than last year's.
 
I really liked this episode! Alaska and Detox are my favourites.

Shocking double elimination! :D Good riddance to be honest, Honey Mahogany was crap and she deserves it just for this:

I'm so over Coco, it's not even funny anymore. On the other hand Alssa is slowly becoming my favorite, those faces she pulls are divine. I really wasn't that shocked with the elimination, dead weight even of I liked Honey because of the comedy value of her runway.

My favorites are Alyssa, Jinks, Detox and Ivy to a certain extent. Alaska is funny but her look is predictable, Roxxy is just ok in a knock off Shannel way.
 
Oh and Alla that was Lenysha who didn't know Diana Ross.
 
Alyssa cracks me up...much prefer her to Coco. Loved her crazy description of week 2's look..."I got my clutch in my left and my chinchilla in my right" and the way she galloped across the stage.
 
Alyssa is just so quotable "I don't get cute, I get drop dead gorgeous", "she was the one backstabbing me IN MY BACK", "I'm not a drug addict, I'm not an alcoholic. I'm a teacher, I'm a mentor, I'm a LEADER".
 
I still don't have a favourite, but I did enjoy this episode a bit more. The double elimination was great news. Both Vivienne and Honey had nothing more to bring to the table.

They are one bunch of FUGLIES this year though. Coco, Detox and Alyssa all look like they could be 65. And Jade is DISGUSTING.

I totally agreed with Alyssa that Jade should have been on her way out and in the bottom 3 at least. Just useless.

Lenysha is even weaker than most of the Puerto Ricans they have on this show.

I still don't remember a single thing that Ivy has ever said.
