It should be Brooklyn who wins, but the optics would not be good if she did. Which means that Yvie will bring it home.

You know I think out of all of them A'keria has earned it the most. Quietly competent (and not in a bland, "oh how did YOU get here?" kind of way) with some top tier moments. I think the cops video episode made me LOL the most this series. She's not really overly charismatic in a way I can imagine the show would want from a winner though.

I wouldn't object to Silky at this stage, either. She's become a lot more than the screaming balloon from the start and delivered in nearly every challenge except runways.

Brooke and Yvie committed the cardinal sin of being atrocious in snatch game and despite both being incredible at what they're good at, so much is out of their comfort zone. Way too many iffy moments. Yvie is often awkwardly out of place while Brooke is too clinical and there's no natural fun in her performance. I still like them both.


It's a strong top 4, relatively. Just no standout deserving winner...again.

that said, my 4 unenthusiastic cents:

brooke lynn - certainly the best and the most polished but boring and nothing we haven't seen before. btw i love how well adjusted = no personality this decade. let's all be desperate trash.

silky - see above. a fart joke, reality wannabe queen. rubbish.

a'keria - i like her as a person but as a queen i find her boring and her drag dated and unexciting. a poor man's laguardia and i can't say i like that one much either. sidebar: the way she's disfigured her body is sad.

yvie - the most interesting queen left but has a long way to go. i think she'd make the best winner but i just don't care.

One of the things I keep coming back to is that Yvie and Silky feel more like future All Stars than Brooke Lynn. And almost certainly in the same season, as I can't imagine the producers being able to resist that.

I missed the last two episodes while I was in Israel. I sort of half-heartedly caught up with the one where Nina went out, which has really put a dampener over these last few episodes now.

I'm in the very odd position where I know realistically Brook is the best, but want anyone BUT her to win for various reasons. Silky has entertained me the most in challenges; A'keria has entertained me most in VTs and Yvie is the most interesting. Plus another white winner against three black girls, is such a bad look.

Brooke or Yvie please. Both have given us some lewks on the runway and memorable performances, and while Yvie kind of went in to a lull, she really upped her game in the last episode.

Also i'd really like another lip sync between the two of them.

That reunion was so average. The only semi-interesting bit was the T about everyone hating Scarlet. Even though I really liked her. Nina's bit was kinda sweet too.

Yvie is infuriating.

She doesn't seem to grasp that the problem is that she's a loudmouth who feels she has the authority to judge everyone else for their work. That's what makes her annoying.

Nina surely.

The reunion was fun enough but since S9 it feels like everyone is out to have a dramatic moment and half the time it doesn't make any sense. I still don't understand what Kahanna was on about, and the wig stuff was stupid. Ariel might be lovely in real life but everything she said on that show was annoying. Even to the point where her compliment for Silky revolved back around herself and their relationship, as if anyone cared.
