This wasn’t bad, and like Sherry was the best but it’s weird how it’s all cut around her. I think the unedited episodes would have been better since she’s probably delivering the best talking heads.

I hated that they put Heidi in the bottom, I thought Brita was worse and Jan should have been in the bottom with that look and performance. Nicky looked gorgeous but I don’t really want to see her snatch game.
 
Agreed that Sherry was the total standout, but these episodes really screw her over big time the way she is edited out. Obviously I understand why but It’s making this season really hard to watch because it feels like she would have definitely been the one of the ones to root for at this point.
 
Wow it’s the first Episode of Untucked I’ve bothered with and the Aiden hate is something else. Jaida and Brita are gross and Nicky Doll is salty AF.

So what if you worked your arse off, it clearly wasn’t enough to be safe! Aiden wasn’t bottom three this week for me and yet they’re gonna hold grudges until she’s gone.

Loved Heidi standing up for her.
 
I actually thought Aiden did a good job.

I think Sherry was definitely the best, but no way was Heidi bottom two for me over Brita. The right person went home though, after a boring lip sync.
 
The cutting is ruining this.

I thought Nicki looked really bad and that lip sync was mediocre again, so I’m fine with her going home.

Aidan I thought was good, and for the first time I thought Crystal was gorgeous!
 
It’s not ruining it, but yes, it’s not as good as it could be with that obvious spectre looming over it.

It’s going to be such a shame for the eventual winner of this one, too.
 
I felt for Nicky, she really seemed like she was trying but she just couldn't get past the language barrier.

That said, she was quite stiff in the lip sync and it really did feel like she'd hit a ceiling, so OH WELL. I screamed at poor busted Heidi losing her wig AGAIN :D
 
The acting challenge was actually good! How strange.

Sherry was clearly the best but Widow was great too. I thought Jackie was consistently very strong also and did well holding it together, and she is Very Hot As Boy so I'm glad she's still here. The two mum stories were sad.

I'm surprised they didn't mention them mucking up the Jackie-to-Jan face changing joke, but I suppose it was a casting mistake more than anything.

Nicky was undoubtedly the weakest (though was still somewhat decent by DR acting challenge standards), so her leaving made sense, even though she's funny and pretty. Heidi's outfit was also weak and she had such a minor role in the challenge so I get that too. My heart stopped for her when her wig fell off; she clearly thought she'd ruined it for herself. But the lip sync was fun and she managed to do her acrobatics and dancing within the constraints of the song which was good.

I disagree that Brita should have been bottom really. Her acting was fine and I loved her Red Riding Hood look. Aiden meanwhile continues to be awkward AF, bless her. She's trying, and her voice was good, but it still felt so stiff.

Crystal is just lovely!

The way they keep erasing her makes her few scenes stand out more, and makes us want more. :D

As for the winner, I don’t think Gigi should feel bad for winning at all. She’s so far been shown quite the versatility. I hope she does well at Snatch Game too.
 
The one thing I didn’t get with Aiden was the Mae West thing. The girls said to do the role as Mae West, which meant surely the lines relating to her (“Why don’t you come up here and IV me some time”- :D ) were part of the improv bit? That surely deserved some credit as they were the funniest lines of the whole thing...

I think they were telling her to do that specifically because the role was supposed to be based on her? Otherwise it would be an odd choice for her to do it

You mistake me- I don’t think Sherry is the clear winner (although I do think so far she is in the lead narrowly from Gigi), but whatever happens this season, it will be overshadowed and I can’t see this season ever being mentioned again once it’s over!

Brita's meltdown in Untucked was unsightly. She's toeing a very thin line between at best mean girl and at worst downright bully at the moment. And from the preview of next week's episode, it looks like she gets into projecting her sour graps onto Aiden AGAIN, in the post-runway workroom segment at the beginning of the episode.

The oddest thing about this week though, was Gigi in the top? I thought she completely faded away in the challenge. Though Jackie did single her out in her talking heads, so she must have done something right that we didn't see in the final edit.

A shame to see Nicki go, as I bet we've been denied some essential runway looks in the coming weeks. This is a really strong season - of the first three girls to go home, the most recent two are already Allstars-worthy.
 
Not watched Untucked and Brita is already working my last nerve, but I did think the whole 'she spits when she talks' thing was a bit MEAN SPIRITED in a way I don't really want from Drag Race.
 
Also, why have Normani on and not lip sync to one of her songs?

I like that Kim Petras song, but it felt odd having one musical guest and doing nothing with her.
 
Untucked was uncomfortable.

I get why Aiden is one feeling the burnt of it when she had a two hour nap last challenge and (if Jackie is right) hasn't been trying to communicate and be friendly with the others, but it is borderline bullying from a few of them.

Heidi and Jackie came off well though.

I was really hoping we'd get a Motivation lip sync, but I think that came out in later summer, whereas this was filmed early summer. I could be wrong about when it was filmed though.

Aside from that, wasn't it just Dancing With A Stranger that she'd had out before Motivation? Not a good lip sync song, and a duet with Sam Smith. Though they could have had a Fifth Harmony lip sync :disco:
 
I haven’t been watching untucked this season and couldn’t find last week’s on YouTube so didn’t think any further. Where IS it?
 
Why isn't Untucked on Netflix? Quite ridiculous given the rest of the seasons are there. You need it to coincide with the episodes not months later!

Anyway that was a fab episode. Really enjoyed the challenge - so rare to see an acting one with that many queens left and even the weakest being not-terrible.

Jan is not only a bit annoying but kind of coasting I feel. Crap runway and a little one-note in the challenge though still amusing enough. Brita also on borrowed time, she was simultaneously OTT and failing to nail the tone/comedy compared to the rest. And a horrible runway! She's coming across entitled AND bitter too so she needs to leave soon as you'd need a microscope to find a positive at this stage. In a more sympathetic note, you can see she's realizing the strengths of the other queens and is starting to become more insecure and try-hard as a result. Understandable but she's totally floundering..

Nicky going home seems right. Heidi did not deserve bottom 2 but she was fun in the lip sync. I knew something was going to go wrong when it cut to Normani saying "Heidi" before it was over but she had it in the bag by then.
 
Brita really is a cunt. I hope she stays and be kept near the bottom until she totally lose it.
 
Ridiculously excited for Snatch Game. The potential is huge this year. Praying for Aiden's safety throughout
 
I was about to cancel this season when Heidi's wig fell (again :D), thank god she stayed.

And I love Ru has the need to donate $5k every time Sherry Pie wins a challenge, I hope she wins a few more :D

Well of course I did assume and hope but it seemed all too REALISTIC, and the subtle way it was slotted in.

Not that I'd disagree, she's been the most consistent arguably outside of Sherry, if a bit lost in the last challenge.

I don't think it was meant in a nasty way - Aiden had to work an entire challenge beneath her shouting mouth, that would be a bit grim for anyone if they're being spat on constantly whilst being scrutinized to high heaven to act in character.
 
Aiden is definitely coming across as quite basic, but I’m here for her winding up the other queens.

Brita is quite the entitled cunt.

Anyone else getting BRM vibes from Aiden? Maybe that’s who her Snatch Race will be......
 
Oh god that Untucked is what I came for. Brita can fuck off. Tedious. Prove something and then you have a right to rant.

Aiden was funny in that challenge. She had every right to let rip. Rock and Jan came out of it well.

Separately, Brita really is all the entitlement of All Stars 4 Latrice Royale with all the gagworthiness of All Stars 4 Latrice Royale. I want Aiden Zhane to go FAR so long as she keeps getting under all these queens' skins - especially when she outperforms them by miles in the main challenges. Jan and Brita to go home THIS INSTANT!

The queens vs Aiden reminds me of ANTM when Tyra almost always had an awkward looking girl in each season and let them stay to wind all the other girls up.
 
But like Aiden was decent this week, it’s not his fault that Nicky has the personality of flattened cardboard box.

That would be glorious and I really hope it happens.

Given how much they're focusing on Aiden vs everyone else, I would hope that the producers have spotted the potential in the underdog story arc and are gonna keep Aiden in for as long as is feasible.
