We've just put up new net curtains. Discuss.

Came with the house. Old wooden window frames so I was reluctant to install a blind. It's our bedroom which is on the street side. Alas utterly necessary.

My memory of net curtains is just my mum seemingly constantly dipping them in the sink in a futile effort to keep them white.

Of course this was in the 70s when both my parents were heavy smokers, so it was a battle she was never going to win.

I live quite close to a dual carriage way so they were quite a treat.

Just spat a mouthful of tea over my laptop watching the Sacha Baron Cohen singalong video. Luckily most of it missed the keys and it seems to still be working fine.

It baffles me that the Sash! in the videos was apparently the MOST charismatic of the three.
