Karma took prepayment from me today by fucking me up this morning, my phone turned itself off and I was so close to being late for work

But I guess it had second thoughts as my last two lessons of the day were cancelled so k could leave early. Wish it wasn’t massage day because I have to hang around for 2 hours but I’ll take it

I have been out for a run, took the dog out, had breakfast and it’s just starting to turn to daylight.

I’m going to try toddling around in a new pair of stilettos I bought yesterday whilst doing the washing.

Good morning

The finger of fate has been fingering me brutally this week. I’ve been sick since I got home from Berlin last Monday; first couple of days it was fever and then I’ve had diarrhea for a couple of days. Spoke to a nurse last night on one of those useless online doctor apps and she told me to go to the ER, so I got up early and it took all my remaining energy to get here only for them asking why I’m here and telling me they can’t do much. They took a test and sent me back home. :poo:

I remember when wfh first became standard and people chose not to come in the office when they were infected with whatever was going around. Am noticing more and more ILL people coming in and it's very hard not to tell them to KEEP AWAY and fuck off home :evil:
 
I've been awake since 5am.

For the last two mornings, heathcliff has woken me at 6am, vomitted under the bed.

This morning he was good, but the bloody rabbit woke me by running circles under the bed 😭

I'm off out for a bottomless brunch soon. My new eyebrows are peeling and scabby and I can't put anything on them :(

I just woke up from a much needed early(ish) night, then I think I'm heading into town with my mum for more errands. I think it'll be a nice day!
 
I'm off to see Matilda The Musical (the film) this afternoon with my great nieces and am looking forward to it rather more than I feel I ought.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to brave the Saturday Christmas shoppers to get to the cinema though. I was hoping to steer clear of town at the weekends now until next year.

Yes, I was saying this yesterday. And I said it because [gross story below, don’t click if you don’t want to be grossed out]

I was on my commute chatting to @Penelope on WhatsApp and doing all my various stunts when a woman clearly unwell came on the train sneezing. She went passed me as she sneezed open mouthed and what came out of her nose landed on the top of my iPhone screen. I had to sit for the next 40 minutes with it just sat there, frozen in terror.
 
We've thrown ourselves DEEP into wedding planning. Think we've found a reception venue we love, within our price range so we're waiting on availability. And they do wedding BBQs. What's not to like?
 
Finally managed to transfer my Netflix profile and there was only one more bout of crying involved. The most complicated part after the transfer was done was finding out how to log out of spawn's account on our "smart" TV, turns out it's just like putting in a cheat code on an early Playstation game using the remote buttons up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up.

Sadly you can only transfer one profile so poor Mr F has to start from scratch again :D
