Greetings from Budapest. I'm on a bus to Lake Balaton for the long weekend, just so you know.

Fuck that. I suppose I should get the clippers out but CAN I BE BOTHERED *gets mistaken for a silverback gorilla in Tesco*

My barbers has a dog who LOVES me so i really quite like having to wait around as I get to play with him whilst he roundly ignores all the other customers :)

:) :) :)

I want to call my dog Woodstock and I've taken to calling ANYBODY dog I come into contact with it just to try it out :D

I think our neighbours all think we are POOR as we have a really old car, walk everywhere and aren't CONSPICUOUSLY HAVING WORKMEN IN DOING HOME IMPROVEMENTS all the time

I'll have you know I could afford a VERY LARGE NUMBER of £100 FENCE PANELS SHOULD I FEEL SO INCLINED THANK YOU VERY MUCH :oi:

There was loads of K-Pop on the TV so I was ok. Dogs remains shit. My cat agrees.

If there is more than one person in front of me in the barber queue I just leave. But then I don't remember the last time I went on a Saturday.

I pretty much only go to one and have done for 6 years. I'll wait an hour for them, which is madness really, considering the abundance of them these days.

I rarely go to the same place more than twice in a row. Working all over the place I just go to one on the way back to the office if I have a bit of spare time.

To be honest, when all you have is a number one all over, it's not like anyone even half decent can fuck it up. The quality of the finishing is what you notice. And the flaming stick tapping thing you get at a Turkish one, obviously.

Turns out I have an MRI scan on Tuesday. Got the letter this morning. Doc said he was going to book it in for August. Ah well, gets it done.

I pay £25 for my barber and can go as many times a month as I like- which is always handy with a BEARD

I am sitting having an enjoyable glass of red at THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE and I honestly thought we were getting BOMBED. Oh no, Celtic have won another cup and my son and his friends are running around like a STAMPEDE. No wonder my nerves are shot.

Oh Lord I seem to have promised my attendence at this retirement do for my PhD superviser in MILTON KEYNES. I SAID I'D NEVER GO BACK TO MILTON KEYNES. I was gonna look up the OLD MR S for giggles and maybe a FREE APARTMENT but I'd forgotten he'd been GAY HUSBAND STEALING some fella with an 11-year-old kid and I do not want to hear about THAT.

I’ve been really quite obsessed with Coil of late, so very timely. Naturally weird things have started happening, with the album covers turning up in strange places on iTunes... :wired:

They're like that nowadays tho'. They were mischievous buggers on this side of The Threshold and it seems like little has changed. I've had ELpH do funny things to my music more than once shortly after listening, unexplained quirks in the software etc.

I've just "sourced" that one so let's see what exciting demonic tricks lie in store. I've yet to play 'Time Machines' in the dark with headphones on. Bit scared
