Eurgh.
My alarm is set for 6am every day, no matter if I'm working or not. You should try it. It's great to have a regular time to wake up and you'll find you’re much more productive if you make the most of your mornings. Why does it become impossible to sleep in when you’re over 30 this is hell.
For me it started at age 0Why does it become impossible to sleep in when you’re over 30 this is hell.
I've spent the first hour of my day just drinking coffee and doing whatever for the last few years and its made my mornings/days so much better. Its what I'm doing right nowI wake up early and spend at least an hour in bed doing fuck all, it's amazing. All these people who talk about getting up at 5am and smashing their goals are missing out on the pure bliss that is lying down, having a gentle grope of your bits and listening to the birdsong without any intrusion, bother or expectations.

Same, in terms of sleeping time period. I like to have time to potter about in the morning before I log on.I'm starting to get used to 10pm-6am as a sleep pattern. I like being up well before I head off to work (7:45-8.15am), so I can do something for myself - whatever that is. Running, stretching, working out, making a bigger breakfast.
Well HOW ABOUT you get your COCK OUT?!I’m really bored this evening. I went to football with my dad earlier and have just spent all evening looking for something to watch on television![]()

I keep waking up at like 5 recently... it’s kind of annoying since it means I’m not getting enough sleep
How hard will it be to get back to a ‘regular’ pattern of eating (or is it not hard at all?I raise you waking up at 3am, eating a meal and then trying to go back to sleep an hour later.
