My glands are up this morning, so I'm no doubt sickening for something when I've got a ton of things to do.

I'm a bit jealous that I'm not going to the March, but my boss has told me I'm not allowed to attend in my capacity as an employee of the government. I could wear a disguise, but pounding the streets of London in full blackface might be a touch risky.

I've taken to the settee as I've got a stinking cold. Second morning on the trot I've had to jump out of bed and run to the bathroom to vomit but all night I was sweating hot and shivering cold at the same time. I'm doing nowt else today other than lie around under my furry blanket watching shite films and filling up tissues with snot.

I've been awake since 5am, which is unheard of at the weekend for me. But when you're being pounced on by manic cats it's hard to get off again. I think the equinox has messed them up a bit. They haven't been this boisterous this early since they were a few months old.

I have also been up since the crack of dawn, and went for a run. Took the kids out for breakfast, and now have no plans for the rest of the day. It is an absolute corker out there, and for the first time this year I am feeling a bit of warmth from the sun.

I have been rather poorly this week, which concluded in an embarrassing vomiting on the afternoon of someone's leaving at work yesterday.

I do feel a lot better now. I am sadly too exhausted to do much.

Up to now I've watched three episodes of Judge Rinder, two Modern Family, one Catfish, one Forged in Fire (for Mr F), Ralph Breaks the Internet and half an hour of Black Panther (cut short because the firestick stopped working properly) and now I'm watching a Melissa McCarthy film called The Boss.

Combating my latest bout of mentalness with an attempt to make a new track every day. Just finished today's piece and it's all rather odd. Lots of clicky sounds but not really that rhythmic, all in.
