Woke up at 5am. Can't sleep. It's unnaturally warm.
Snap! And I can never get back to sleep once I've woken upWoke up at 5am. Can't sleep.

No party is complete without a sheep dip.I slept the best I have all week last night, and didn't find the heat anywhere near as bad. My top tip is a deep, cool bath, which I put peppermint Radox in. I had that about an hour before going to bed, and it absolutely set me up for sleep.
Even this morning I didn't feel as grotty, clammy and in immediate need of a sheep dip when I woke up.
The big move was due sometime around now I think.Where is Rita? She's not been on since last weekend
I had a bath for the first time in years on our mini moon. It was bliss!Oooh I haven't had a radox bath in ages, forgot how much I love them!
I used the peppermint salts in a pouch - £2.50 in Asda. But use a lot more than they recommend, in a deep bath.Oooh I haven't had a radox bath in ages, forgot how much I love them!

Touched grass with some other furs (Manchester). Hats off to them braving it in this heat, even with just the heads on

Is this a national thing today? I've been out wandering here and not come across a gathering like this, but did see two couples wearing ears only.Touched grass with some other furs (Manchester). Hats off to them braving it in this heat, even with just the heads on

You can only really get them custom made. You find a reputable fursuit maker, give them some designs and ask for a quote@Cloud do you buy the outfits/heads "off the peg" or are there specialists who make them to your own spec? Are you in that photo?
£600-£1200 just for a head! That's rather shocking but have to admit I just sat here and thought I'm in the wrong job.You can only really get them custom made. You find a reputable fursuit maker, give them some designs and ask for a quote
I'm behind the camera. As you're looking at £600-1200+ just for a head, I'll stick to VR for turning into something else.

Honestly, if I could suss out how to do it I'd be on it like a car bonnet in my spare time. All those years of making costumes for dressing up days at spawn's school has put me in good stead, although they do look slightly more complicated than a Tudor-style dress made from curtain material. It is quite the cottage industry I believe![]()

Yep or like 4-6k for a full suit. I'd rather just have a car than something used at most once a month (more likely a couple of times a year)£600-£1200 just for a head! That's rather shocking but have to admit I just sat here and thought I'm in the wrong job.
