Hello! I stayed with friends last night, so here is a similar but slightly different photo to the ones I usually post:

I cried the other evening for about an hour for no reason. I think I was channeling Katy B.

I've almost run out of things to do in my hometown now. I've walked down to the castle TWICE.

Might have walk down to the other, further away castle.

Crying gets too much of a BAD RAP. I personally love sticking on a good tearjerker film and letting it all out.

Sometimes we just need a good cry. It is a natural reaction when our body makes us weep so that we can feel better even when we don’t know the root cause. Go with it, enjoy it.
This is definitely true for me, I sometimes feel like I get a bit BACKED UP emotionally and have to get it all out sometimes.

I have the girls coming over later as it is one of their Birthdays today so I was going to have a bit of a garden party for her but the weather is FRIGHTFUL. Stupidly windy, and intermittent heavy showers, so am now going to decorate the bar.

I don't think I've cried since the day I broke up with my ex. Apart from a slight welling up during the wedding scenes in Schitt's Creek and Parks & Rec.

Hooray! Now to make it through the woods back to Camp Crystal Lake, good luck :o

If I don't cry for a couple of weeks I find I get overemotional at the most stupid things until suddenly I'm bawling like a baby. After that I'm fine and back to normal again. I try to have a little cry once a week if I can so that I don't end up crying in front of other people because I'm an ugly-cryer. :D

I am EXACTLY the same. I have always been quite chicken hearted not that I let anyone else in on that so try to cry at least once a week so no one else can see me cry. Otherwise I would have to give up my reputation as a COLD HEARTED OLD CROW. :D

I quite often pop into the toilet at work to have a little cry, have literally two or three minutes and can then carry on. It's a sort of emotional valve, I guess.

My problem is that I cry when I'm really really angry. So I'll be having a raging argument with tears and snot streaming and I'm shrieking "I'm not crying because I'm upset, I'm crying because I'm furious!" in case whoever I'm rowing with thinks they've won because they think I'm upset. :D

When I'm upset/stressed at work and somebody asks if I'm OK I have to go and cry it out in the toilet before I can come back out and answer them coherently. Anybody who hasn't cried in the work toilets is a stonehearted bastard.

I did Aldi and now I'm shattered. Maybe I spoke too soon.

I did just cook sea bass though and it was delicious.
