indictment is grim reading. Honestly, reader discretion advised.
But here's the main stuff if anyone wants TLDR
- He organized "Freak Offs" - elaborate sexual performances he directed and jerked off to.
- He leveraged everything he could to coerce people into participating. (I believe this is what makes it sex trafficking).
- If people didn't participate he physically abused them. He hit, kicked, dragged, threw stuff at them.
- The video of him beating Cassie in a hotel is when she tried to escape a Freak Off.
- He video recorded a lot of it.
- Forced everyone, from hookers to friends to HIS OWN SONS to participate in the sex. (The detail about the sons is NOT in the indictment but it's been alleged from other reliable sources).
- Freak Offs could last for days.
- Combs and the participants usually had to be put on IV fluids after every Freak Off because of the physical exertion they'd endure.
- When he hosted Freak Offs at hotels, the rooms would be completely trashed to the point where one time he had to pay over $46,000 in compensation.
- He bribed hotel security to cooperate with him and turn the blind eye. Lots of surveillance footage was deleted by compromised security staff.
- His Chief of Staff and private security staff helped facilitate Freak Offs, organizing IV fluids, lube, baby oil, drugs, cash, towels etc. (This is the racketeering part).
- Freak Offs were happening right up until very recently, even after he found he was being investigated.
- He was denied bail a second time because he has a history of witness tampering etc.
