My back also feels normal today so I might go back to the gym for the first time in a month.
 
I need a haircut too, but I'm holding back my cash until the last minute. Holiday in three weeks and we really don't have enough £££

I haven't gone out because I refused to get out of bed before 11 today, and the The forecast was saying 80% chance of thundery showers after lunch through to the evening. Not a single bloody drop so far, and now I'm starting to get cabin fever :evil:

The same here forecast but it’s been lovely for the most part.
 
It's been QUITE CLOSE today. The flurry of errands and obligations all morning didn't help.
 
Well I just did an hour or more of gardening, mostly pulling out established overgrowth. It's a job I can only compare to deforestation.

I already have gardening ache. Looking a little grubby, pink and glistening.

I do have a bottle of Shiraz ready to go, so things are looking up.
 
I've had a trip up the motorway to Blackpool and a trip back again, surprisingly the traffic was reasonably light but my car's finally run out of aircon gas so it was either windows open and not being able to see because my hair was whipping around my face or windows shut and melt. I melted. There was test cricket on across the road from spawn's house so I didn't think I'd get a parking spot but just as I approached a blue car was leaving so I kindly let him go and nicked his spot, where spawn was waiting with a parking permit for me.
 
Ms Ron went for a nap so I just spent a couple of hours in the kitchen, drinking rose while making a romesco sauce. Its fucking delicious.

I have been paddle boarding in the sun all day at a loch. I started paddle boarding then sat and drank in the sun all day if truth be told. What a fantastic time to come back to Scotland and it is always a lot prettier either in the sunshine or the snow. Home now, and on the negroni’s listening to Cyndi Lauper. 💃🏻
 
I'm just completing a lovely Aldi red, watching Bridgerton. This day has improved no end!
