The 80s version is fairly excellent, but in 1996 it was remixed and re-released on Almighty Records, and it is this super gayed up version which gives it classic status in my book. The remix spent 14 weeks in the Australian top 50 but couldn't rise higher than #17, while in the UK the original charted at #64 and the remix did nothing.

Anyway, just losing my shit to this again, I eventually did get the album and it was pretty fabulous though OF COURSE nothing can stack up to the title track

I also love her late 90s dance cover of Here Comes The Rain Again
