I rely on water, moisturiser (I use Bulldog because I like the dog) and one of those L’Oréal pen things for eye bags. It doesn’t do much but it’s all in the conviction :disco:

Vitamin C first on dried skin (just like retinol) and then Niancinamide is what I've been recommended. One of either is just fine tho. I am just done using toners but and stick to two serums.

To be fair, my skin has been very prone to blemishes well into my 20s and only truly cleared up these last few years when I made skincare more of a habit. But my food habits have also changed quite a lot, so I guess that helps too.

Innisfree is my go to brand for skincare. The Koreans make excellent products.

Skin exfoliator, then eye cream, then a cherry blossom jelly for a little GLOW.

You guys should try this korean skincare brand called incellderm! Found it on tiktok and my god my skin has never been this clear, just thought id share. My skin type is dry and senstiive.
 
They’re trying to sell Korean skincare to us like we’ll ever look as good as Koreans, DON’T BELIEVE THEM YOU UGLY OLD WHITE BASTARD!
 
I had Korean sunscreen recommended to me when complaining about it always running into my eyes when I'm sweating during running etc, but I've not really seen any being advertised for this.

Oi, get back here please! Some of us still harbour delusions of becoming Kpop stars! If I rub this all over my face will I actually regain my lost youth or is it gonna turn me into a misogynistic dweeb that's reluctant to leave my online gaming lair? :(
 
Good one as I just recently started on it after years of "water only". Blame the twink death mid life crisis thing of all the "uh... can I just check your ID?" finally stopping at 40 and the assistants now reaching for the "definitely over 25" button without hesitation. It was a good run!

Not under any illusions I can look like a twink any more at 43 and don't think I even want to, but happy to eke out the occasional "no way, I had you down as 30 or so" comment for as long as possible :)

Best thing for my skin has been 7% glycolic acid (I use "the ordinary" after it was mentioned somewhere) on a cotton pad once every few days which has really smoothed things out, substituted with the occasional 2.5% salycilic acid which seems better at clearing up blemishes. Then just "Simple" brand replenishing cleanser most mornings, occasionally substituting in Neutrogena "blackhead eliminating" face scrub (contains salycilic acid)

I was adding in a moisturiser (can't recall which one) but far as I can see it makes little to no difference on my skin

High SPF sun cream every day but I should really be supplementing vitamin D and keep forgetting. This is said to be the biggest factor in reducing ageing of the skin. (Ask Ulrika)

Lots of water intake.
 
I am obsessed with Horace skincare. Medium price range, but I love it- the blue Smurf face mask stuff is to DIE FOR.
 
My skincare routine is all about keeping things simple but effective. I start with a gentle cleanser to remove impurities, then follow up with a hydrating toner and a lightweight moisturizer to keep my skin balanced. Lately, I’ve been using Elavate products they’ve honestly made a big difference. Their formulas feel clean, refreshing, and nourishing without being harsh. I finish off with sunscreen during the day and a night repair cream before bed. Consistency is key, but using Elavate has really elevated my routine my skin feels smoother, healthier, and more radiant.

Elavate is like using sandpaper and dog piss on your face. It’s all about “Ageless by Ramona”.
