I just realised i've smoked for 20 years :o It is time to cut down. I'm not a heavy smoker but I shouldn't wake up and make a cup of tea and just automatically have a cig with it

I go back and forth with vaping and cigs. It's not easy is it?

Why has no one invented an app where i can order exactly 2 cigarettes to be delivered to my house for £5?

Suppose the youth are all into raspberry watermelon ice vapes and ZYN now.

I do worry about smoking though. It's so unhealthy and my nan died from smoking at 75. She was healthy in all other aspects and would have probably lived longer if she hadn't smoked from 15 onwards.

Not daily but I like to treat myself NOW AND AGAIN. Civilisation really peaked when you could get a 10 pack for under £4.

Anecdotally I have no friends who smoke daily anymore but most will smoke on a night out. I was at a pub in Dulwich Village the other day and was struck by the fact not a single person in the beer garden was smoking. Meanwhile when I go to Paris for work it seems like EVERYONE smokes there.

I think the default for young people is the Dua Lipa school of smoking (only smoking when it’s chic or in Southern Europe)

there's just something so correct about the French smoking. it's a timeless combo, like Richard and Liz, or Richard and Judy.

since moving from Paris to the UK I've gone from smoking 5 a day to having one every 3 or 4 days. I brought two packs with me and when they're gone they're gone. although I am going to Turkey in August and plan to chain smoke there and bring loads back.

anyway my point is I can happily go without and not even think about it. but I don't ever wanna be an ex-smoker.

Still vape but stopped smoking about three years ago, other than one or two on a night out occasionally (although even then I don’t really get the cravings now).

if god didn't want us smoking or sucking cock, why'd he give us mouth??

I'm not even a smoker and yet I'm struck by the SMUGNESS of this post.

how many times have you referenced "Wimbledon village"? I thought you'd love smug!
Apparently Conchita Martinez loved a cig here & there BUT she was such a LAZY ASS after her Wimbledon win & it must have been tiring for the poor love after a few hours of being an EVIL COW to poor young Eds :(

Jeez Sardonicus  Are you her evil offspring or SUMMAT?
Soz, Eds. Couldn't resist. To cheer you up, here's a clip of Patty Schnyder faking out Conchita at their contentious Charleston match & calling her a DISGUSTING BITCH :disco: I bet you were TEAM PATS here.

Did she make you light her cigarette after she won at Wimbledon

If only people had been telling us for years about the risks
