Songs you love from artists you hate

Are there any songs you adore from artists you cannot stand?

This one for me (yes it pains me to say it) - but this is one of my favourite songs of the 90s.



Oh and also this one she did in 1999.



I guess this is a case of separating the artist from the song.

There's multiple instances of songs I like or tolerate by artists I can't stand, but off the top of my head this is the only one I genuinely love:



The only instance where their flamboyant (and empty) bombast actually works for me. Possibly cos they dial all the theatrics up to a hundred, and when operating at so maximal a plane all I can do is sit back and marvel.

(I also love 'Under Pressure' but I'm excluding that from the convo given the involvement of my Heavenly Father Mr. David Bowie.)
