Southport stabbings

That makes me want to move to Southport. Almost.

It's a shame this lot won't make the headlines in the way the EDL trashbags did.
 
Strange how such an awful incident has shown the worst of us and the best of us in such measure.
 
I worked in Southport at an infant school and quite loved the town. Seeing the response on Facebook from local people who worked there has been so moving.
 
The girl who ran the class was a friend of a friend. I didn’t know her at all, but still quite surreal when these things are close to home.

I think I was more freaked out by hearing the ambulances screaming past because our main road is the quickest route from Southport to Aintree hospital and Alder Hey.
 
Oh those three girls are just beautiful, this really breaks my heart. They should be safe at a holiday club :(

What is it about hot weather than brings out the compulsion to participate in public disorder? If it wasn’t the cold blooded murder of children, they’d probably find any other excuse.

Axel Rudakubana taken out of court after shouting over the prosecution
His barrister, Stanley Reiz KC, said Rudakubana is having chest pains. There is no sympathy in the court for the killer and Mr Justice Goose has said proceedings will continue.

“I can’t continue with this!” Rudakubana yells over the prosecutor.

The judge said he has chosen the moment the proceedings have started to kick up a fuss.

“I didn’t choose this moment to feel pain. It’s not my fault,” shouts Rudakubana.

The prosecutor tries to talk, after being urged to continue by the judge.

Rudakubana shouts, “DON’T CONTINUE!” over the prosecutor.

Mr Justice Goose says: “Take him out.”

He will be brought back in after the break.

“I won’t have him disrupting.”

Jesus one victim had 122 knife wounds and another 85. Another girl had 30 and survived. I really hope he has the worst time and rots in there.
 
Can someone please explain to me why him being found guilty, given a long sentence, and details of the evidence that would have been used against him at trial being released to the public is evidence of a cover-up and that the director of the CPS should resign?

I'm so confused by the right wing. Surely the easier culture war would be to just push for the death penalty to be brought back?
