Spice up your Sunday

The new flatmate is ON HIS WAY. Not sure how I’ll adjust to having someone else in the flat after being alone for 2 months. It’s been LOVELY.

Is this the hairdresser? Does he seem PROMISING?

At least you can have nice hair if we go back in to lockdown.

It must be STRANGE having a complete stranger moving in with you I’ll give you that.

Its strange living in a house with your lover when they spend 80% of the day in bed.

I can confirm that it takes about eight months to become comfortable with this and after about a year you start to resent it when they come downstairs and try to dictate what to watch on the telly.

Oh I understand the advantages and I've grown quite accustomed to my own time. But I've just spent the day doing housework on my own when we could have gone out or I could have been working. We won't share a proper cooked meal on a Sunday so I'll be having a microwave meal or something less exciting.

I took the kids and my daughters boyfriend for a lovely Sunday lunch today and as great as it was it didn’t quite hit the spot without a glass of red. Don’t worry Moopy, I am home and have just opened a bottle. :disco:

Oooh what's the boyfriend like? Is he good enough?

No man on this good earth will ever be good enough for her, but yes he is lovely. They have been going out for about 18 months. They have known each other since primary school.

Love you Reet but I’d be fucking living in constant FEAR with you as a mother-in-law.

:D

Jane Fonda has nothing on me.

Just had a lovely 3 course lunch with just Ron Jr. Single parenting is a doddle.

I'm almost beginning to fetishise face masks. I’ve already got four and keep finding myself looking at them online.

I really need a nice face mask, any recommendations?

Practically all my targeted ads are face masks now.

Tartan? :scotland:

that might work better in winter when I dust off my tartan scarf

I'm just using the light face masks at the moment. I can't WAIT for winter when I can REALLY embrace them!
