Our Krish is unfortunately not a ballroom boy it seems. Lauren apparently recognised this and had him in hold for as little time as possible.
 
Well I think the Strictly singers did a wonderful job with Shampoo :)

Vito and Carlos are great but both of them could do with dancing down a bit when with their celeb partner. I was impressed with Angela but maybe not quite as much as the judges.
 
I like to think Angela is what Dame Geru Halwell aspires to in a few decades.
 
Watching bits of this now. Do they have a new singer in the band? That performance of Somebody Told Me was totally out of tune! Atrocious.

They swap singers in and out. I think that guy is newish, they used to have someone called Jamie I think who did a lot of the rockier ones and was much better.
 
There is obviously a level of ineptitude that the voting public will not accept in their comedy contestant. I imagine Nikita must have been screaming with joy internally when Les landed in the dance off.
 
It's a shame that professional Nancy is out though :(
 
Caught up on It Takes Two this morning. Judy hasn't been able to train for two days as he has an infection in his leg and can't put his prosthetic on. He said they has been all the way through the routine on Tuesday but it was very much 'fingers crossed we'll be able to dance'. I'm guessing a one week bye for him.

I really enjoyed it (and easily the best tonight) though Anton's demonstration of why Layton's position looked a little off was actually helpful.
 
Angela was excellent, even though there were one or two moments she looked a little behind.

Everyone pissing themselves at Carlos unintentionally bigging himself up was amusing.
 
I like that (mostly) they’re sticking properly to the movie theme rather than stage musicals that happen to have been made into films. Grease gets a pass. I think it gets worse during Musicals week when they usually pick movie soundtracks.
 
If Nikita wasn't doomed to be in the dance off already those very generous comments from most of the judges sealed it.
 
Ellie and Vito were excellent, their best dance so far and another lovely pair of trousers.
