Drum is good but an interesting choice of opener for the album. Although the layering after Siobhan’s verse is quite the treat. Keisha’s bit just sounds a bit slow… it needs a bit more urgency.
 
Love Me Hard is such a Ghosts era Siobhan song through and through. the chorus must be something that was leftover from that album.

also contains traces of Three.
 
Everyone remember to shout MUTYA YOU'RE KILLING ME! at the appropriate part
 
I remember I thought the chorus said "so fierce and cold" not "so physical" and you looked at me like I was a right thicko @cwej
 
I love this so much more in its finished version - and it was already a 19/10
 
Summer of 99 is a Shaznay Lewis cowrite and you can totally tell. it sounds very '10s All Saints. she must have done a guide vocal on the demo because Siobhan really sings like her on the chorus.

I listened to this one a lot so I think it’s a case of just being used to the demo but it’s a bit jarring

Oh the end of Summer of '99 was NEW! Threw me off a bit
 
Boys could easily be a lost Taller In More Ways mid-album BOP. it's so 80s, very Joy Division (the song) with a little Red Dress energy for good measure. best chorus yet.

the BVs in the last chorus even sound like Heidi :eyes:
