It is news in this otherwise barren void. Jungle has been out a year, the album has been having finishing touches for as long, they’re going into another summer festival circuit so unlikely anything coming anytime, gulp, soon
 
I read that she follows Mel Blatt, so the only logical conclusion is that she has resigned from the Sugababes to open a jacket potato food van instead
 
Keisha just won The Masker Singer. Mutya could win Strictly Come Dancing and Siobhan IACGMOH within the space of 3 months and they still wouldn't be able to get their act together to release anything to capitalise.
 
I won’t be going either (I’d love to see them but I’m not spending 3 hours in an arena with 20,000 gays singing along to Loreen being mimed by a drag act I’ve never heard of) but it would have been nice to SEE YOU

Current thinking is that the 'album' will be out in February 2027 ☺️
 
Good for her getting booked and performing still though, she's talented and seems like a GOOD EGG
 
She was good at Liverpool pride to be fair, can’t blame her for getting out there and earning what she can
 
#JusticeForAmelle omg I would be there in a heartbeat. Imagine hearing Push The Button and About You Now with that raspy ass voice *dies*. If only she had the balls to attempt Overload (to piss off everyone).
 
Yeah I thought it was. I guess they must be showbizpallllls but no actual reason regards something i previously missed.

I will say that the Sugababes are the original line up - the stuff afterwards was its own thing, and they had some major highs, but the drama, the camp, the necessity of that band, its about those three girls. Shakespeare couldn’t write it better. They are the promise of pop, the lie of pop, the plunging depths of disappointment, the bloody minded self belief of it all. I would fight for them.
 
Without Heidi the Sugababes would have been as well remembered as N-Tyce.

Think y’all missing my point. It wasn’t about Heidi’s contribution to the band. Even putting aside the fact that the original trio have spent the last twelvety hundred years reclaiming their name, not one of them, not even Keisha, has ever branded themselves as the Sugababes while SOLO.

So yes I’m still screaming about that Amelle poster.
