Sea days can be a struggle..our last cruise we had 9 sea days because all the ports got cancelled but I enjoyed reading, looking out to sea etc.

I think Virgin ships have lots going on tho. I really want to go on one!

Yeah, Virgin are all about the onboard experience. I'll be happy with a pool day, a spa trip and a couple of good meals, to be fair.

Cruise food is usually good. Unless you cruise with MSC then you're lucky to even get served

If you and Mand are classed as self-employed it's a bit more difficult but if you're directors of a limited company and your wages are paid through PAYE it should just be like any other mortgage application with a few extra steps. Whichever way it is the lender will want information from your accountant.

We are PAYE and directors of a limited company. But a quick Google suggests if you own over 20% of the company you're classed as self employed, even if you're PAYE?!

I just decided when I lost some weight that I didn't want to go back to being quite so puny shouldered and armed. The thing I liked most about having gained a bit of heft in my 30s was that I didn't feel so self conscious about that. So I thought I'd better try to build my arms and shoulders up if I was losing weight.

I've not gained any bulk as far as I can see, but it's definitely beginning to look slightly more toned across my chest, shoulders and upper arms. So I'm going to stick with it.

Don't worry though, I still have zero intention of ever going to a gym.

As I said earlier all that will happen is they'll go through your figures and then contact your accountant to complete a form confirming your earnings from PAYE and any dividends you've taken.
