Just had a big fat brunch, including Waitrose sausages, which were a real upgrade in flavour. I shouldn't get used to it.

I am now going to jump back into the garden for about the first time since October. This is my gym.

The gardener has been hard at work to make my garden look pretty,but I am still longing for the days when I can get comfortable in my hammock with a cocktail.

The good news is towards the middle of April all the way through to the middle to the end of September the temperature WILL RISE. Unforunately once we hit October it will start to feel a lot chillier, with temperatures dropping sometimes to minus figures all the way through to the following March.

I have a house full of 13 year olds as my son decided to invite his friends over for the Scotland game. They have been punted over to the other side of the house so I don’t need to hear ANY of it. They shall all be getting thrown out at 7pm too as tomorrow is a school day.
