Sunday eats sausage sandwiches in bed

Things like pickles and ketchup have enough vinegar in them to counter any nasties.

Good morning my loves. I am taking full advantage of being off Nana duties today by heading out for lunch and a few wines with the girls. Trying to just keep it to a few. Watch this space.

I’m off for a big birthday Sunday roast with 15 friends and I am hungover. I feel I shouldn’t drink, but I know where this is heading. :D

Just ventured out to m&s for roast ingredients, cheating on the mash and yorkshires becuase I cant be arsed to do anything more

I'm currently finishing off a box of three years out of date herbal tea bags. They are fine.
The one that pisses me off is salt. You're seriously telling me that it was mined/extracted just in time and that if I let it go past 12 months it'll become unedible? DEPART.

Oh I do refrigerate mine, but yes will happily use them for months. I had to throw a mayo bottle away last week that has separated and looked disgusting 🤢

Mandy is exactly the same as Mr F!
Mayonnaise is my exception because that does properly go off-off. I keep it in the fridge and would probably chuck after four months or so but I've usually used it all within two months.

Yeah mine is usually gone within a couple of weeks :D this was in the shop, I think I forgot it was there.

I just watched the cutest film on Netflix called Caramelo. Now I want a dog even more :(

I hope you didn’t watch the dubbed version 😡
It was the only one I could find, I didn't realise it was in Portuguese until it started and I saw the dreadful dubbing.

I refrigerate ketchup and pickles but beetroot keeps out of fridge, the vinegar..

Do you know honey keeps forever, thousand of years.

I actually prefer salad cream....we have both in. Got a nice caramelised onion mayo atm.

I have a sweet potato and coconut soup. I wish I'd made my own, because it's kinda shit.

I didn’t drink. My reflux kicked in and I just couldn’t. So I’m going to be hangover free on my day off tomorrow WAHOO!
