I've just found a few lovely clumps of wild garlic in the small wood behind the house. I think I'm going to make some wild garlic and dog piss pesto

I've often thought of picking nettles to put in a beer. But yes, dog piss.

I figure if I wade into the middle of the clump and only pick the new leaves, I should be okay.
