There's a lot of dealing on my street. A lot of noisy cunts. But we know we have a good deal for 2 beds, 2 reception rooms + a south facing garden. It's hard to give up!

That first flat might be difficult to shift afterwards- it's very much a single person's place because it's all open plan, so is basically one room. You'll have a limited amount of people interested when/ if you decide to sell.
 
The second one is worth a look, but the angles on the photos suggests it's trying to hide that it's super small...
