Post-op anything can be serious DULL as much as anything else. The boredom can be stultifying.

Good move. You don't want a drummer in the house. If the drummer is in your house, that means band practice is at yours and no-one wants that.

My goto when I can't/won't move is reading. The right book can kill hours.

Knock on the front door this morning, saw a black car through the window and assumed it was the spawn and she'd forgotten her key. Opened the door and it was my bestest friend from darn sarf and she'd driven all the way up here just to have a surprise birthday lunch with me! I had no idea, it was amazing.

So I've done no washing, no shopping and no cleaning today and I don't care.

I’m watching a documentary about the Black Panthers which is unforgivably BORING.

I didn’t know much about the movement going in, but it surely must have at least registered as being a notch above being terminally DULL.
